De Maree Hotel - Istanbul

Convenient location in the city center! 😊 I spontaneously dropped by a bakery nearby, Evin Unlu Mamulleri, and enjoyed some delicious pastries. It was a pleasant experience.

The staff was very nice and courteous

Duvet cover was too small, bed sheets were partly too small,

I really liked my double room here-it had a terrace and balcony 🌞. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the location was nice and quiet, and not too far from a beautiful mosque.

The accommodation is very clean and tidy. It is located directly in the centre of Fatih. You can get to the big bazaar on foot. Other sightseeings as the Ayasofia are also not far. The person is super friendly and is always helpful.

Cheap hotel with beautiful views as a bonus. Modern and budget room, a shower, hairdryers, and towels in the room. Feather pillows, comfortable bed. Reasonably good and extremely helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Prime location to market, and 15 minute walk from Basilica Cistern...

We had a great time at this place, the welcoming staff, affordable room, and a room with a terrace were highlights; conveniently located near a bus stop made it the perfect spot for exploring everything.

Very friendly staff. The room was quite big and clean. Price performance was unbeatably good. I can warmly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Nice reception, quiet location not far from the centre

The room was in the basement, where it was quite stuffy. The air conditioner was there, but apparently it was not cleaned for a longer time, as the air was indeed cool but disgusting. In addition, the air conditioning could not be regulated.

The location of De Maree was perfect for exploring the popular attractions in Istanbul, such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel was also situated close to lively areas but still managed to be peaceful and quiet. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded our room to a better one without any extra charge. The room had amenities like a TV, air conditioning/heating, and a fridge, and the balcony provided a great view of the surrounding rooftops. we had a pleasant experience at De Maree and would definitely recommend it to others.

It's straightforward good budget hotel with reasonably good and extremely helpful staff. The location is prime and comfortable, 1 km from a byzantine basilica museum.

Had a modern and cheap room with with a terrace, balcony, for example for my comfort. I had a really lovely stay, the staff were very informative, always trying their best...

This hotel is a great deal for money, with friendly staff who are very attentive to details. The location in a central area is perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast that is included in the stay is a good value for money, and options like rooms with a terrace are a plus.

Small cheap hotel in a very good location. Nice and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff, speak English, Turkish and Russian. very quiet, in the nearby many small snack bars, about 10 minutes "Turkish cafeteria" 2 pieces, very cheap (soup only 3TL, grilled chicken whole 10TL(1 euro and 60 cent)) and everything fresh and very tasty. Everything perfect price / performance. Tea and water free of charge 24 hours a day, staff very nice always happy to help! Thanks for everything
